The Fennec

The Fennec is a music venue, restaurant, event space, bar and cocktail lounge located in the heart of Birmingham’s Parkside District. The diversity of entertainment options in this building cater to a wide array of clientele. This decision aligns with the many demographics of individuals that visit and live in the Parkside District. The project maintains the historic character of the original building. The mullion profiles on the exterior windows match that of the building’s original factory windows. This required these mullions to be custom fabricated by Creature. Other fabricated elements appear throughout the project, such as shelving, furniture, operable storefronts, and many other features.
